Eric Smith,Optical Manager and Safety Program CoordinatorAs a Florida Licensed Optician, Eric thrives on the challenge of solving customers' problems so that they are happy and comfortable. He has been with C.R. Lait Optical and L.W. Vision Care for eight years. He spends his free time hunting, fishing, camping and kayaking.
Reet Hand, Billing Clerk
Reet has been with C.R. Lait Optical and L.W. Vision Care for ten years. She enjoys working with Dr. Clark Leitenbauer, Dr. Jacobi Waddell and her other co-workers. Reet has three children and twelve grandchildren!
Sharon (Richmond)Perri, Florida Licensed Optician
Sharon has been an Optician for over tenty-three years and wih C.R. Lait Opticical and L.W. Vision Care for two years. She loves working with clients to help them feel comfortable in their spectacles. She resides in Ft. Pierce with her husband Mike Perri, Jr.

Jason Wright has been working in the optical field since 1993. In 1997, he obtained his Florida opticianary degree. He joined the practice of C.R. Lait Optical and L.W. Vision Care in 2007. Jason takes great pride in his profession and in taking care of patients. Jason resides in Ft. Pierce with his wife and two sons. As a family, they enjoy the outdoors and all types of sports.
